Carve the white candle with the names of the mother and the baby. Light it. Concentrate your energy in your hands and wrap the candle with them, close your eyes, and begin to feel all that energy and your intention over the candle, which, in this case, is to give all your energy to the mother and her baby. Feel it and recite:
"Listen to me, you who are about to be born: the energy of the universe and the people who love you are by your side. Be born in harmony, happiness, and peace, so be it."
Let the candle burn completely. If the labor becomes long and the candle has already burned out, you can give your energy again.
